Zest_Test_Prototyping

Overview

The Zest_Test_Prototyping board is a development platform for prototyping new hardware functions using 6TRON design kit.

The Zest_Test_Prototyping boards are daughter boards that can interface with mother boards (Zest_core) through an 80-pin interface connector using different standard communication interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN…).

Each signal of the 80 pin interface connector is wired to a pad for easy acces to the prototyping area. Then, an array of pads with 2.54 mm spacing permits easy prototyping. In order to facilitate the routing, the pads are already interconnected in lines for the power supply signals and in rows.

The board also includes an adjustable DC/DC Buck converter that can be set to output a voltage between 0.6V and 6V with an input voltage selected from VJACK, VHV or VIN.
