Overview

The Zest_Radio_ATZBRF233 is an electronics development board for 6TRON open source platform based ATZB-RF-233 RF module from Atmel.

The ATZB-RF-233 integrates the following elements:

  • A 2.4GHz RF Front End Module (FEM) that support IEEE 802.15.4/ZigBee including the high-speed 2 Mbps feature, ANT and 2.4 GHz proprietary protocols

  • Integrated Power amplifier and Low noise amplifier

  • Can transmit up to 20 dBm and receive with a sensitivity of -104dBm

  • Embed an internal ceramic antenna

  • Frequency range from 2.4 GHz to ISM band

The Zest_Radio_ATZBRF233 board offers 6TRON users a 6LoWPAN connectivity to devices, systems and sensors communicating with low power over a long distance.
