Zest_Sensor_CO2

Overview

The Zest_Sensor_CO2 is an electronics development board for 6TRON open source IoT platform based on SCD41-D-R2 carbon dioxide(CO2) sensor from Sensirion.

The specifications of the SCD41-D-R2 are as follows:

  • Dectection principle : photoacoustic non dispersif IR (NDIR) sensing

  • CO2 detection range

    • 400 to 5000ppm for high accuracy (+/-40ppm + 5%)

    • 400 to 40000ppm full range

  • Average response time below 60s

  • Integrates a temperature and a humidity sensor for on-chip compensation

  • Small form factor facilitate integration.

  • Over 10 years lifetime

The Zest_Sensor_CO2 offers 6TRON users a CO2 sensor for monitoring air quality in health, environmental and industrial applications.
